Processing roles
Depending on the service, Prime Talent LTD may act as controller, joint controller or processor. The exact role should be defined in client agreements.
Processor obligations
Where acting as processor, Prime Talent LTD should process data only on documented instructions, protect confidentiality, maintain security and support data subject requests.
Sub-processors
Any sub-processors such as hosting, CRM, email or form providers should be assessed and documented.
